Questions, answered.

Rental or outright: what's the difference?

Outright: pay once, first year of service and warranty included. Rental: a monthly plan with service, filter changes or cleaning, and warranty for the whole contract (usually 5 to 7 years). Sharon can show you both.

Is servicing really included?

Yes. On rental, CUCKOO+ specialists visit on schedule (every 4 months for water purifiers, air purifiers and mattresses; every 6 months for aircond and massage chairs) at no extra cost.

Which water purifier suits my home?

Small family: KING TOP 2. Baby formula and warm water: XCEL 2. Room temperature only, lowest cost: KIUT. 4 to 8 people: GLAMOUR or GRANDE. Not sure? Ask Sharon.

Which mattress is right for me?

A-LITE is great value for everyday back support. A-LUXE adds 7-zone latex for back pain and light sleepers. Both come in Queen and King. Tell Sharon how you sleep.

Can I combine products?

Yes. Many families start with a water purifier and add a mattress, air purifier or aircond later. Ask Sharon about combo plans.

Are these prices final?

They are standard plan prices. Promotions change monthly, so ask Sharon for this month's offer.
